This session is about taking an honest look at the habits we've used to cope—whether it’s overworking, shutting down, drinking, scrolling, or pretending we’re fine. There’s no shame here—just clarity and accountability.

Together, we’ll name the patterns, understand what they’ve been protecting us from, and start exploring healthier ways to heal and show up. You can’t change what you won’t face—and this is where you start.
