Rooted Through Grief

Where Grief is honored, Community is medicine, and Healing is collective.

Have you been carrying your grief quietly?

Now it’s time to be held.

If you’ve lost someone you care about- and feel changed by that loss, overwhelmed by the weight of it, or unsure how to move forward without rushing your healing-
this space is for you.

Rooted Through Grief is an 8-week community support circle for people navigating the loss of a loved one, including grief for someone who is gone or slowly slipping away or a pet. Together, we create space to honor your grief, process what has been carried in silence, and reconnect with yourself through shared reflection, grounding practices, spiritual support, and collective care.

This is not about fixing or moving on.
It’s about not grieving alone—and allowing yourself to be seen, supported, and gently transformed.

Life has changed…but you’re still trying to catch up to that truth

You’re not broken, you’re grieving.

Let’s honor that together.

She also draws on her intuitive gifts to channel insight and guide clients deeper into the patterns, wounds, and truths ready to be seen and integrated. This work is grounded, consent-based, and tailored to each individual’s comfort and openness.

Through therapy, coaching, community spaces, and retreats, she supports Black, Brown and allied individuals in reclaiming self-trust, breaking generational cycles, and returning to wholeness.
