Men in the Block 7: Childhood and Family Trauma

Some of what we struggle with didn’t start with us.
It started before we had a choice, a voice, or even the words.

This session is about going back—not to stay stuck, but to understand. We’ll name the early wounds: what we were taught, what we were denied, what shaped us without our permission. From there, we’ll begin to connect the dots between our past and the patterns we see today.

Because you can’t change what you don’t understand.
But once you see it clearly—you can start to break the cycle.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • Insight into how childhood experiences still impact you today

  • Language to name old pain without shame

  • The beginning steps toward healing and re-patterning

  • A space where your story is safe, seen, and honored
