Men in the Block 10: Friendship & Male Connection

Most men don’t talk about how lonely they are—but we feel it.
We’ve been taught to keep things light, to talk about sports or work—but never what’s really going on.

This session is about building real friendships: the kind where you can show up as yourself and still be held. We’ll talk about trust, loyalty, and what it takes to form bonds that go beyond struggle or surface talk.

Because at the end of the day, real connection is what keeps us grounded—and alive.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A deeper understanding of what meaningful friendship looks like

  • Tools to create and maintain real emotional bonds

  • Reflection on how loneliness shows up and how to name it

  • Space to connect with men who are ready to build something real
