While I'm away, I've left some things for you. Soft content. Lunar check-ins. A few pieces that have been waiting to be shared.
When I come back on August 1, I'll be returning differently.
Something new is beginning. And it begins with me practicing what I teach: that rest is not absence. It is preparation.
I'll see you August 1. 🦁
Take good care of yourselves. I'll be doing the same.
Each episode is fully outlined — title, opening hook, talking points, and closing CTA. July through December: 24 episodes across 6 months. Everything else in the content system is a ripple from here.
Opening
Record this before you leave. Frame it: "I'm taking sacred rest when this drops — but I recorded this because I needed you to have it." That honesty will land harder than anything polished.

Each email is a standalone piece of writing — not a summary of the podcast, but its own soul. July through December — 24 weeks of newsletters, fully written, going out every Monday morning.
Every TikTok is written with the hook in the first 2 seconds — that's what stops the scroll. These are 30–90 second scripts. Most also post simultaneously to Instagram Reels.
"I went quiet. For six months, I stopped posting, stopped showing up, stopped performing healing for an audience.
Not because I gave up. Because I was in the middle of my own dark night of the soul.
And I refuse to teach transformation while pretending I'm not being transformed.
So I went inward. I let myself fall apart. I sat with the rubble of who I thought I was.
[Pause]
And now I'm here. Not fixed. Not done. But ready.
I'm [your name] — I'm a [therapist/healer/practitioner] and the founder of Poder Healing. And this is the beginning of what I'm calling the BECOMING era.
I'll be sharing the truth of what the past two years taught me. All of it. Follow along."
Two — the things that used to give you meaning feel hollow.
Three — you're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix.
Four — you're being asked to let go of something you built your whole identity around.
Five — something in you knows this is necessary even when it's devastating.
If that's you right now — you're not broken. You're being remade.
The dark night of the soul is not a detour. It is the path."
It's about homecoming.
Cancer is the sign of the ocean, the mother, the safe harbor. Its medicine is this: return to what is real.
So what does coming home to yourself actually look like?
It looks like your body relaxing before your mind does.
It looks like wanting small things again — a cup of tea, a particular song.
It looks like the grief that comes when you acknowledge how long you've been away from yourself.
Where have you been away from yourself lately? Tell me in the comments."
Your nervous system learned, very early, what it needed to do to keep you safe. And it got really, really good at it.
The anxiety? Protection.
The shutdown? Protection.
The hypervigilance? Protection.
The problem isn't that your nervous system is broken. The problem is that it's still running survival patterns in situations that don't require survival anymore.
You don't need to fight it. You need to teach it that you're safe now.
That's what somatic and spiritual healing actually does."
Número dos — te desconectas de tu cuerpo. You go through the motions but you're not quite... there. That's called dorsal vagal shutdown.
Three — you're exhausted but can't rest. Your body is too activated to actually restore.
These are not personality traits. They are nervous system states. And they can shift.
If you want to learn how — I'm sharing more in the link in my bio."
Let me show you what's actually inside.
[Screen recording or direct-to-camera walkthrough]
Every month is rooted in what's alive astrologically and seasonally. This month — Cancer season and the New Moon — we're working with nervous system safety and homecoming.
Inside you get: a workshop, guided meditation, journaling prompts, a monthly portal email — and if you're in the upper tier, live group soulwork, Q&As, and a private community.
This is not a course library you'll never open. It is a living practice container.
Founding member spots are limited. Link in bio."
New Moon — which is July 24 — is simply: a natural moment of low light, low energy, and natural inward pull. Science agrees: humans are affected by lunar cycles.
So here's a New Moon practice that's actually grounded:
Step one — get quiet. Five minutes. No phone.
Step two — ask your body (not your mind): what do I actually want right now?
Step three — write it down. Not a goal. A feeling. What do you want to feel in the next 30 days?
Step four — one action that moves toward that feeling. Just one.
That's it. That's the ritual.
What are you setting intentions for this New Moon? Tell me below."
8 is the number of infinity. Of power. Of what is passed down through generations.
This is why the Lionsgate is particularly potent for ancestral healing.
The portal doesn't give you power. It reveals the power you forgot you had.
Today I want you to ask yourself: what strength did I inherit? Not the wound — the strength.
Your ancestors survived the unsurvivable. Some of that lives in you.
Walk through the gate."
Someone in your lineage — maybe many someones — prayed for a version of freedom they never got to live.
They survived things you'll never fully know. They carried things in their bodies, their silence, their adaptation.
And somehow, through all of it — they made you possible.
You are not just you. You are the accumulation of everyone who made it so you could be here.
That is not a burden. That is a blessing.
You are the answer to prayers spoken in languages you may not speak, in conditions you cannot imagine.
[Pause]
Live accordingly."
Research shows that traumatic experiences can change how genes are expressed — and those changes can be passed to the next generation through DNA methylation.
In plain language: your nervous system may be running patterns that were never yours to begin with. They were your mother's. Her mother's. Her grandmother's.
But here's what the same research suggests: healing is also transmittable.
When you heal — when you regulate your nervous system, when you process what was unprocessed, when you choose differently — you change the expression of those genes too.
You are not just healing yourself. You are healing forward and backward through time.
That's the work. And that's why it matters."
Too loud. Too sensitive. Too ambitious. Too emotional. Too different.
So you did what any smart human does: you adapted. You made yourself more palatable.
And it worked. You got the acceptance.
But here's what it cost you:
The parts of you that went underground didn't disappear. They just stopped being available to you.
Leo season — the energy we're in right now — is asking for them back.
Not in a dramatic, burn-it-all-down way. In a quiet, specific, intentional way.
One question to sit with today: What would you do if you weren't afraid of being too much?"
The actual medicine of Virgo is discernment.
Knowing what is yours to carry and what is not.
Knowing the difference between things that need more time and things that are genuinely complete.
Knowing when 'not yet' is wisdom and when it's fear.
This season is asking you: What have you been carrying that isn't yours?
What have you been finishing out of obligation when it's been complete for months?
What would you set down if you trusted yourself enough?
Virgo season is not about getting everything right. It's about getting honest."
It is becoming soil.
Lo que estás llorando no está muriendo.
Se está convirtiendo en tierra fértil.
In nature, nothing actually disappears. The leaf that falls becomes the ground that feeds the root.
En la naturaleza, nada desaparece. La hoja que cae se convierte en el suelo que alimenta la raíz.
What are you grieving right now that might be becoming something new?
¿Qué estás llorando que tal vez se está convirtiendo en algo nuevo?"
Here's a simple practice that works whether you're spiritual or not:
Step one — write down everything you want to release. Not what you should release. What you actually, genuinely want to let go of.
Step two — for each thing, say: 'I honor what you taught me. I release you with love.'
Step three — do something physical. Burn the paper. Bury it. Throw it in the ocean. Let your body participate in the release.
Step four — write one thing you're calling in. One. Not a list. One.
The equinox doesn't do the work. But it creates the conditions for the work to land.
What are you releasing this equinox?"
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.
I'm not going to give you a hotline number and call it a day. Though if you need one, it's 988.
I want to say something that I wish someone had said to me when I was in my darkest:
The part of you that wants to disappear is not your whole self. It is the part that is exhausted and hasn't found a safe place to rest yet.
You are not wrong for feeling that way. You are human and you are in pain and you deserve real support — not platitudes.
If that's where you are right now: please tell someone. A therapist. A friend. Reply to this video. I read responses.
And if you've been there before and you're still here: I see you. The fact that you're here is not small."

The free Facebook group is the warm community that feeds the paid membership. Daily prompts keep it alive. Monthly Lives create the taste of what membership feels like. These are your group posts — questions, prompts, and check-ins that drive engagement and belonging.
Tuesday (after podcast drops): "New episode is live. What resonated? Drop your biggest takeaway below."
Wednesday: Reflection prompt tied to the weekly theme.
Thursday: Share the carousel — "Save this week's teaching."
Friday: Gratitude or celebration post. "What are you celebrating this week? Big or small."
Saturday: Community prompt — personal, vulnerable, inviting shares.
Sunday: Gentle close. "What does your Sunday feel like today? Rest, work, somewhere in between?"
Threads is your written platform — no heavy editing, no algorithm gaming. Short, honest, real. Think of it as your inner monologue as a healer made public. Every post repurposes the week's email pillar or podcast talking points. Post 2–3 times daily: one soul reflection, one teaching thread, one question or prompt.
This is what members receive each month — the deepest layer of the content ecosystem. Every piece is directly tied to the monthly portal theme and the public content happening externally.

After two years of spiritual shedding — for both you and your practice — this isn't a comeback. It's a resurrection. Every piece of content this year carries that truth: that the dark night of the soul is not a detour, it is the path.
The Overarching Arc
Each month moves through a spiral of Descend → Integrate → Emerge. The year begins in the underworld and ends in full embodied bloom. Your audience walks this with you.
The Energetic Thread
Every theme is held by astrological season, lunar phase, natural world cues, and collective energy — so the content never feels manufactured. It feels felt.
The Mental Health Bridge
Each spiritual theme is paired with a clinical mental health lens — nervous system, attachment, trauma, grief — so the work is both sacred and grounded. Soul + science.
Astrology, lunar phases, planetary transits as the energetic backdrop for every theme.
Nervous system science, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices anchored to each theme.
Indigenous knowledge, plant medicine, seasonal ceremony, and lineage healing woven throughout.
Identity, purpose, spiritual development and the practices that bring people back to themselves.
Community, shared grief, collective joy — the understanding that healing is never just personal.
Each month carries its own portal — an energetic theme woven from astrology, nature, and collective healing. Click any month to expand the full content plan.

The membership is the deepest container. While the public content opens the door, the membership is where the real transformation happens — held, witnessed, and supported.
