Rooted Through Grief
Where Grief is honored, Community is medicine, and Healing is collective.
You’ve been carrying your Grief quietly.
Holding it together. Showing up. Surviving.
Now it’s time to be held.
If you’ve lost someone you care about- and feel changed by that loss, overwhelmed by the weight of it, or unsure how to move forward without rushing your healing- this space is for you.
Rooted Through Grief is an 8-week community support circle for people navigating the loss of a loved one, including grief for someone who is gone or slowly slipping away or a pet. Together, we create space to honor your grief, process what has been carried in silence, and reconnect with yourself through shared reflection, grounding practices, spiritual support, and collective care.
This is not about fixing or moving on.
It’s about not grieving alone—and allowing yourself to be seen, supported, and gently transformed.
Have you lost someone you care about?
Whether through death, separation or divorce, deportation, foster care, or terminal illness, loss can change everything — yet so many people are expected to grieve quietly or “be strong.”

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Guided Support that Meets You Where You Are-
In Community.
This group is for you if…
You’ve learned to keep it together so well, no one sees when you’re falling apart or checks in to see how you’re doing
You love deeply, but struggle to show it or say it
You’re tired of repeating patterns in relationships
You’re strong for everyone else but haven’t had a space to be held
You’re ready to get real about your emotions without shame
You want community with other men who understand the unspoken weight
This group isn’t for you if…
You’re not open to being challenged or held accountable
You think vulnerability is weakness
You’d rather blame than take ownership
You’re not ready to look at yourself or the cycles you might be repeating
But if you’re ready to shift, grow, and get real—
We’ve got a seat for you.
