If you are in a life threatening situation, do not use this site. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

You may also call the 24-hour National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1 (800) 273-8255.

We firmly believe in the emotional and financial value of therapy. We also acknowledge that it can be difficult to pay out-of-pocket for therapy, even on a sliding scale.
